Six Sigma Green Belt Certification

(65% or better) on the Online Green Belt Certification

Six
Sigma Online Green Belt Certification Exam:
Quality America has developed
an Online Green Belt Study Guide and Exam for Green
Belt Certification, which is available as an option
to our Online
Training students, On-site Training students,
and organizations that use our Training Materials.
The exam is 75 questions in a multiple choice format,
with the following topic weightings:

Six
Sigma Black Belt Certification IQF Exam:
We use the IQF
exam for certifying their Black Belt students.
The Six Sigma Certification exam is CD-based, which
offers two advantages: the certification exam may
be taken at your leisure (rather than at pre-determined
times and locations), and it encourages the use of
analytical software in developing your response. In
this way, the Six Sigma certification testing is a
bit more realistic than multiple-choice exams. Participants,
and their Sponsoring Organizations, generally appreciate
the added challenge of the real-world problem solving
exercises offered through our Six Sigma certification
testing. The Six Sigma Certification exam may also
be site-licensed by companies for their continued
use.
Six
Sigma Project Requirements:
Six Sigma projects
used for certification purposes must demonstrate application
of a variety of the Six Sigma tools and have a sufficient
return on investment (ROI). Six Sigma Certification
Projects generally are completed within a six-month
period and generate an annualized return of $100,000
or more. The Six Sigma Certification Project Sponsors
and other members of the Six Sigma management team
use the IQF guidelines to independently evaluate financial
return and success criteria.
